      Great place to work in science, but clunky academic structure

      - Fascinating subject matter (genetics, phenotyping, statistics) - Lots of focus on ethics

      Cons

      - Teams are divided among silos as if the scientists can't help but to make things divided into academic departments like their grad school days (lots of scientist egos) - No one seems to know what other teams do - Some teams use modern agile practices, but due to silo styled environment other teams use archaic practices
