      Good experience but I was extremely miserable there every day.

      Pros

      Decent pay and good experience. Those are the ONLY things.

      Cons

      Literally the worst middle management ever and they don't care about employees. Many managers are on a power trip and treat their direct reports differently and poorly. I highly advise staying away from this place - especially Pittsburg site. I left because my manager is (he's still there) TERRIBLE.

      The Spin to separation has the company acting more like congress, with people politicking than a company with goals

      There are very few at this point, pay is good compared to the general sector but not when compared to an R&D company.

      Cons

      Disorganization, people are elevated not based on their skill set.
