Above average pay but terrible WLB

Pros

Benefits and pay are above average

Cons

Work-life balance is non-existent, especially with the spinoff. Roles are not backfilled and significant amounts of work are reassigned to existing staff. This is a place to go get burnt out. There's also a ton of baggage from the legacy spinoff from DowDuPont and whether leadership admits it or not, that drives a lot of decisionmaking.

Great company to work for!

Pros

Great culture and supportive leadership. Lots of flexibility to make processes work for your specific site. Strong safety culture.

Cons

Work life balance can sometimes be a challenge, with the seasonality of agriculture. It is also getting harder to find staff with field and equipment experience, which can make hiring difficult.
