-young management with chip on shoulder -company doesn’t respect experience, they prefer young and those that will tell them what they want to hear

Management is the left over from two strong parent companies (Dow and DuPont). Whatever is left behind lack leadership skills. CEO and CFO were let go within couple of years after spin. Top management hired from outside the company. Tons of internal issues. Whenever they face a tough year, each business start looking for additional headcount cuts.
