      Pros

      This is a great place to work if you love working with military families and also love a collaborative team environment.

      Cons

      This company had a laser focus on customer service- internally and externally until 2017 when the leadership team seemed to focus more on greed. This was also around the time that current residents living in our communities started to complain about the terrible condition of their homes.

      Benefits are decent, longer you are there the more pto you get currently I'm getting 7hrs every 2 weeks, medical dental vision 2 levels each

      No work life balance high turn over no advancement opportunities no real training no back up from upper management, pay for skills not comparable to other places
