Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value and research all input to help us continuously improve and make Corvias the best place to work. Our research does not show any staff accountants at our Ft. Bragg location in over five years, and we cannot confirm that this review accurately reflects the current employee experience at Corvias. Our commitment to our Core Principle of being the best workplace—where respect, empathy, authenticity, commitment, and humility form the foundation of everything we do remains strong. We intentionally listen to our employees’ feedback and continuously make enhancements to ensure a supportive and dynamic workplace for all. Pros

My fellow leasing associates and I relied on each other heavily to make sure our residents were housed within a reasonable time frame.

Cons

Leadership does not hold the correct parties responsible for delays. It was a consistent issue of maintenance not completing or even doing the job in order for the house to be moved into. One instance, I had a home that was attached to a resident for 2 months that was set to move into at the end of May. The day before I was told by the maintenance coordinator that they had “just forgot” to turn the home. I had been regularly checking in with the maintenance coordinator that the home was on track to be moved into on that resident’s assigned move in date. When I had to tell the resident, I got screamed at and berated by home for over an hour. Senior leadership essentially let this slide on the maintenance side and threw me under the bus for not checking in with maintenance enough. Maintenance is understaffed, but it is the senior leaderships job to make sure they are staffed and that they are on top of turning homes.
