The coworkers are the best part. Decent pay and benefits.

They decreased benefits each year. Corporate is Constantly reacting, making changes without knowing what’s actually going on, “in the field”

Pros

PTO somewhat, and the pay for a role like that.

Cons

Pretty much everything… Poor management within the communities and from higher up. Petty work environment. They do not train their people properly. You can bring a problem to them and then they will disregard it or not find it problem. Like to put on the facade of “one big happy” family when they actually do not know how to treat or care for their associates to actually retain people.
