      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. Always willing to help and achieve goals.

      Cons

      Owner is frantic without consistent direction. Staff expends a great deal of wasted energy working on projects that have little to no value. Often are making changes just to put things back to the way they were in a vicious cycle.

      Pros

      The company culture is awesome, the office is incredible and the people are so welcoming from the first day. The owners are wonderful, smart and approachable with real compassion. The work is high pressure but at the same time very rewarding. Lots of areas to progress and share your ideas. I feel truly valued as an employee. The atmosphere is professional and courteous. Lots of room for growth.

      Any "con" or issue which presents itself is always addressed and improved upon.

      I started as a admin and have learned so many new roles. Project management, training, compliance and many other areas which have really improved my knowledge and skills.

      You need to be open to learning new things and wearing many different hats!
