      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. Always willing to help and achieve goals.

      Cons

      Owner is frantic without consistent direction. Staff expends a great deal of wasted energy working on projects that have little to no value. Often are making changes just to put things back to the way they were in a vicious cycle.
