Unfortunately there a lot of cons here. The company seems to be falling apart, there’s no motivation or company moral nor seems to be any upper management support or care. Employees don’t seem to be valued, they aren’t being properly trained & it’s causing a lot of frustration & friction with existing employees. The amount of employees jumping ship is too many in the past two years. Many promises from the company without any follow through. I wasn’t even scheduled for an exit interview after initiating their interest in one.
The department seems to be very stagnant with no growth. I was under the assumption that I was accepting a mid level design position when it only really felt like a entry level position with no responsibility that a mid level would have. Everyone is severely micromanaged by the Design Lead. Which is also very confusing how & why she’s the direct person in charge.
