They do not promote from within they will lead you on to get you to do more work while promising you a promotion, and then hiring from outside. Upper management and that includes corporate picks their favorites and it is not determined by job performance or goals being made, those not on my favorites. List will receive harsher judgment and more workload. Nepotism lives and breathes here!

No training, terrible management, upper management hasn’t worked in a Cosmoprof in years so they are very out of touch, treats employees terribly. They don’t provide the bonuses when they are earned per quarter. They are gas lighting, money hungry, robot-type people who are the ones making it so hard for stylists to simply get their products.
