Disrespectful management, coworkers, and clients. The customers are sketchy and can be rude. I hated that I had to work alone sometimes because I was 18 year old female at the time. I dealt with management at multiple stores that did not know what they were doing or would have airpods in while they worked. My coworkers were doing drugs on their break and I got harassed multiple times by the neighboring stores in the complex. My manager would talk poorly about my coworkers to me which only made me think what is he saying about me. There should be a space of open communication. Management would take my hours away and give it to other associates because he thought they needed the money more. I was told to confront a customer for stealing which made me feel unsafe. I was brought in to do 5 minute training videos in which I had to drive an hour to get to work.

Pay is a bit lower for my experience as it relates to the role, however it seems like bonus opportunity might make up for it.
