No work life balance. After you work hard to build a territory management just decided to redesign territory.. The regional manager is awful.

The beauty atmosphere. You get to take home some free stuff. I really liked my boss, so that was a plus.

Cons

Different schedule every week (but that's common for retail). Having to stand up for several hours, can be hard on your feet.
