easiest job. as long as you actually pay attention in onboarding and have background in the beauty industry this job is great if you're in college or if you're wanting to help serve professionals in the area. free product and samples chances to move up IF you show up, do your job, and COMMUNICATE!!! Communication is key as it is in any job. My manager is amazing, at both locations I worked at in fact, so make sure the manager seems a good fit and that you ask any questions you have.
Cons
honestly this job fits best with someone that has much beauty knowledge and not just how to do things on yourself but be able to educate pros. so a license is heavily suggested in beauty to work here we could use a renovation but all in all there aren't many cons if you make sure you know your benefits offered and you communicate
