Low wages, not enough employees to run the store effectively, shipments, and inventory are a nightmare. Higher up management is either non existent or unqualified to assist stores with their business needs

Cons

Hours, co-workers rewarded for bad behavior based on tenure, stock issues, supply issues in general, limited products to choose from, only cater to the hair industry. I should have turned right back around and left on my first day.
