Pros
Great benefits for Management, full-time employees. It was an easy job overall, great way to get an introduction to Management. You get to learn what it's like to run your own business, it's a fun work environment.
Cons
Not many opportunities for advancement. Bonus is available for higher volume stores, no possible way to increase sales with salons closing post covid.
