Pros
quality employee samples every month, your clients are professionals and are genuinely interested in conversations about beauty and health care, the environment (inside of the store) is clean and smells nice.
Cons
very low starting pay and raises are very minimal (occurs when your insurance goes up too, so it's like they just cancel each other out). The area (outside of the store) is crime prone, with human trafficking, and homeless. They have been robbed here before. The managers in this store system are expected to bend over backwards to pick up slack/problems that the higher-ups need to handle-- like store security is a very low priority to cooperate.
