The store is constantly understaffed due to high turn over. So kiss your built up vacation time goodbye. Upper management has no concern about issues that are at store level besides whether or not you make your numbers daily. If you dont make your numbers you are borderline harassed. The shipments you receive are horrendous to the point where you literally just could cry. Not to mention, you are constantly receiving items you have 30 of already and none of something you haven't had for weeks. Nothing ever rings up correctly so youre constantly adjusting prices. When you need maintenance done at your store, you will literally wait weeks even if it's an emergency. Upper management preaches to store level associates and store managers about delivering the best customer service, but does not give it themselves. Now let's go into compensation. For the amount of work employees do at these stores, they are compensated very poorly. The wage is a joke. Low wages+not being able to take vacation time= low morale. All and all make sure to stay away from this dumpster fire.
