Pros
Discount on products on top of the wholesale prices, plus gratis and samples of new products Don't have to work evenings and get holidays off It's a beauty shop, so there's lots of freedom of self-expression, such as tattoos, crazy hair colors, and piercings.
Cons
Can be slow. Not for those who always need stimulation and get tired of stocking. If you have an uptight manager or coworkers that you don't mesh well with, it can be more difficult. I ultimately left because retail became draining for me mentally, and it's not the most ideal wages.
