Pros
Working in the beauty industry is a lot of fun. We would get LOTS of full size product samples so we could try the items first. We were then be better equipped to answer questions about it, like uses, texture, smell, etc, etc. Plus, the customers are licensed professionals, so they all knew what they were coming in for. It's not like working with the general public who would have a ton of questions and want you to give them step by step instructions on how to use the products they were purchasing.
Cons
The salaries could be a little better, considering this is a global wide company with thousands of stores all over the world.
