Few employees (3-5 depending on the store) so if someone calls off you’re stuck probably working open to close with a “paid working lunch” No support from upper management, I was left for over a month to work open to close everyday because the whole store quit besides me Push credit card sales on employees like crazy but stores can’t even be properly stocked so expect a lot of people to complain to you when you have to ask about the credit card If you’re full time you’ll get sick and vacation time but you’re lucky if you’ll ever be able to take it.
