Pros

They have no virtues unless you like to be lied to and be given the run around.

Cons

This place is full of yes men that are only trying to protect their jobs at any cost. Managers are in on the biggest lie ever. They say that they have a model that is statistical but offer zero proof of that. They treat their clients poorly and lie to them all the time. They have over priced accounts that they have been taking advantage of for years. They can't develop a product that works.

Pros

They have the best data, hands down. There are still good opportunities, but they are only in certain segments and you won't jump into a good one from a bad one regardless of your talent level. You will go down with your ship.

Cons

They used to have the best products and talent but most of the talent has left. Working out of the "mothership" is soul crushing. That place is a cubicle graveyard. Not much room for advancement, even with all of the people leaving. A lot of people jumped ship to title when the stock went public, but I do not know why.

Pros

It's a job, paycheck, benefits offered are alright and employees are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Management from top to bottom are abusive to their employees. Pay is lower than other companies in the area, very micro-managed, zero advancement opportunity (unless you are from India or gay) and there is always a financial catastropy, so there's undue always tons of pressure put on all employees. They are not interested in employees that generate income for their company - your pay will never increase and be equivalent to the people sitting next to you that spend all day making person calls, 10 smoke breaks a day and constantly updating their Facebook profile.
