Pros
Culture of learning from each other. Very strong senior management team. Mostly great co-workers. Agile environment and a lot of young people.
Cons
They are very tight with budget for everything. Salaries are low compared to other places. Especially for grad or junior employees. Office design and amenities are not to standard of other companies around. There is no culture or fun an joy in most departments. they are tight on external training budget.
