      Pros

      The work environment is excellent, offering a lot of flexibility, and the company culture is great. Moreover, I cannot praise my manager enough for their outstanding support, both during and outside of work. They went above and beyond to retain me, and I can confidently say that Robert Thomas was the best manager I've ever had.
