      Leadership is good here. The top tier has some really good folks. They are business minded, which they should be, but they also care about its employees.

      Cons

      Needs to relax on working from home. Like a lot of companies, they feel employees won't be as productive when working from home. The world it tipping more to 'work from home' model and they would benefit from being a leader in this area.
