      Terrible... culture of avoidance and apathy.

      Pros

      Unlimited vacation time for those positions that are at that career level. A few bright people are trying to make a difference.

      Cons

      Where to start...Apathy, dubious ethical practices, extremely siloed departments, extremely low morale, complaints go nowhere, Sycophants are rewarded, no career potential, no accountability, M&A process is questionable, Management top down is terrible. CEO "If you complain you should leave".

      Pros

      Reasonable pay. Large world wide company with opportunity to move up and into other areas. Paid time off, benefits, holidays.

      Cons

      While they offer paid time off, benefits, etc. they are more modest and more expensive than many other corporations of this size. They also recently implemented a policy of requiring everyone to work in one of their office locations, after years of remote employment. I have seen good people leave the company because they did not want to move from their homes.

      Poor senior management, lacking in business and data knowledge

      Pros

      Great employees that work well together despite low morale.

      Cons

      Senior leaders do not understand the complexity of the business, customer needs or data that is acquired and processed. When the leaders that built this business left (2013 - 2014), the decline started and continues today. This is not uncommon in large companies when this occurs.
