      Good people to work with. Lots of employee engagement activities.

      Politics play a big role and objectives change all the time. Lack of resources committed to infrastructure.

      laid back company, tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      raises aren't according to performance it's more if your manager likes you, most managers and team leaders don't know the work process, no room for growth if your good at what you do because they don't want to replace you but will not give you a raise for the work, promotions are based on who you know, favoritism, close minded
