I feel lucky to work with such caring and dedicated team members. • Generous PTO and annual pay raises foster loyalty. • Hybrid work arrangement (4 days from home and 1 day in the office) • Great benefits like 401K match, Forma (for health-related reimbursements), and Lyra (for mental health sessions with a licensed therapist).

Cons

• There's a fair share of gatekeepers who keep information closer to the vest than necessary. Results in time waste trying to identify the right people to talk to or resolve a problem if information would've been given at the forefront.

I have worked at CoreLogic for 10 years and have seen every stage of its transformation. While I have always enjoyed working here, I have never been more proud to be a CoreLogic employee than right now. With Pat's leadership, I have seen immense change in the culture (for the better). Leaders genuinely care about employees and promote a culture of respect, compassion and a healthy hunger for excellence that permeates from the top down. In my 10 years, I have experienced massive personal and professional growth, multiple job expansions, promotions and a complete career shift all with the care and guidance from leaders across the org who genuinely wanted me to be successful. I have always felt supported, properly challenged, well-rewarded/compensated and appreciated for what I bring to the table. I also have significant flexibility to work from home and in the office as I want to. What else could you want from an employer??
