Poor Leadership who are clueless so you can get away with not showing up or producing much
Cons
Absolutely NO Real Leadership- people in leadership positions are not leaders and not even managers, more like socio paths with a title. 3 of 4 years no increase in pay including no cost of living increase. They do not promote from within or recognize dedication. Management heavy company that seems headed directly into the side of a mountain.
