Lots of red tape. Multiple levels of approvals required for the simplest changes. Those making technology decisions often don't have the technical background to make sound judgments. Concern for employees minimal. When they address this, it comes across as superficial. Eliminated work from home, resulting in the loss of significant talent. Layoffs are a constant. Closing remote offices to consolidate at new facility in Texas. Those affected aren't offered relocation. Employees are commodities, like toilet paper.

* Abysmal track record of building new products * Resources are dedicated to addressing compliance and tech debt - there are so many issues related to compliance/systems, the company can barely sustain the business, let alone delight the customer * There has been a lot of chicken-hawk posturing about bringing in new talent, particularly at the management levels.....despite being particularly underwhelming, they have been used as scapegoats for the executives in Irvine. * For all the initiatives around cost cutting and fiscal discipline, my last count of Vice Presidents employed in HR was about 15-20
