      Most exec is out of touch with what people are actually feeling You are required to do multiple jobs Lots of politics between departments - hard to get anything done Plenty of wellbeing washing Little to no communication or change management

      Work smart and the opportunities are there. Don't play politics and get your work done. Participate in projects outside of your position and you will be noticed.

      Cons

      Constant downsizing lays more work on both employees and management. Note that things may have changed since the company was taken private after I left.
