Pros
Great people. Some locations have solid teams and leaders. For many years, it was a great place to solve complex problems with brilliant minds.
Cons
Unfortunately, I witnessed repeated reorganizations, which led to a lack of accountability in mid/ low leadership. I saw brilliant teams shuffled to leaders with no experience or knowledge in the areas they were leading. The environment became very cutthroat, and any sense of psychological safety vanished. When I left, I didn't know a single person who wasn't actively looking elsewhere to escape the few bad leaders.
