An abundance of policies and procedures to follow. People seem professional and business minded and are often courteous. Driven to meet requirements which contributes to overall corporate image.
Cons
Management comes across as disingenuous, and lack empathy, and can easily quote policy. It feels like managers simply go through the motions instead of really grasping staff issues.
