Pros

Solid company with financial stability. Excellent products. Company head in Austin is amazing.

Cons

There are some terrible management duds who just stay on forever. The corporate office has centralized too many functions in a way that adversely impacts local operations negatively because they lost the agility to respond to issues.

You get to work on current technology. The Data Center is modern and secure.

Cons

In 2012 most if the IT jobs was outsourced to DELL. All the experienced IT staff that knew the environment well, all left the company when they were forced to transition to DELL or face being laid-off. Those IT personnel that remained were those that were less marketable. Each quarter people are afraid they will be laid-off. The system to server ratio was high. So many afterhours work on outages and typical afterhours scheduled work.
