      Pros

      One reason why I like working here is paying people taxes. I like the feeling I get when I know I am paying a homeonwers' delinquent taxes and because of that, their house is not going to be lost to a tax sale. I like my management team.

      Cons

      I love working from home and I want to work from home due to traffic which helps me save more. However, the downside is not meeting and getting to know people outside of my business unit.

      1. Work from Home Work Balance is cool 2. Company culture is pretty cool as well. Many employee events that are outside of work in the form of celebrations, tailgating, community events, office balls and holiday parties. 3. Management is accessible, welcoming, funny 4. Teams use a more family approach of trust and accountability. 5. Benefits are good, much room to grow, opens the doors for advancement 6. Corelogic encourages advancement, either in offering certifications, courses or furthering education in college 7. Office is pretty cool.

      Cons

      1. Very strict on responsibilities. 2. Attendance is very strict as well. 3. It's a process to endure the terrible calls then be prepared to sound welcoming in the next one. 4. The smallest requests require the most steps to pass QA. QA is very difficult to maintain, but once you have it comes natural.
