Pros

Nice office building in Irvine Spectrum area. You will learn crisis management skills, if you don't have much experience in that area yet. Not much else.

Cons

Stock value, stock value, stock value... that is all the Executives think about. Zero product innovation in years which is causing sales to plummet and clients to leave, but Executives are hooked on the "reduction in force" drug in order to falsely balance profit. The well for reductions is nearly dry so forecast is going to get even uglier in the next coming months/years. Anyone with talent sees this is is jumping ship like crazy. I don't think there is a single job opening, but if there is, DO NOT APPLY! (unless you are on the brink of homelessness). Expect to be slammed with ridiculous workload (due to said layoffs and people quitting) with unrealistic time frames, and directed by management who doesn't give a crap about you. Sound fun?

Pros

Good people, good location, nice building

Cons

Upper management has no clue. They are promoting a system "Viper" that is the cause of an overwhelming number of issues and upper management continues to drink the cool aide. Band-aide approach to everything. I’m surprised that they still have customers. Oh that’s right they buy them up. Makes that bottom line look good!! They are so concerned about spending money yet the CEO is granting himself millions in options. A president that can’t put a sentence together to save her life. I wasn’t aware that “um” was such a vital piece of our vocabulary. Hello!! Has anyone heard of Toastmasters?? Always looking to duck the important issues in the monthly meetings buy pushing them to the next meeting. Corp survey was very reveling, but as usual the real items to be addressed were shelved, but hey what does it matter everything is forgotten after a month or two of meetings anyway.

Pros

I have had the opportunity to work with some great people, but the bulk of them have found better opportunities outside.

Cons

The executive team is deaf to the individual contributors. Compensation program is completely lacking, and they are doing nothing to retain their existing workforce. The CEO insists on everyone working in office, while COVID-19 infections are on the rise, and he has been completely resistant to harm reduction measures for employees. They started to offer a hybrid working model, but it is full of conditions. The company had record earnings and profits for two years running, yet raises were flat... however the executive team got spectacular bonuses.
