      Pros

      The hybrid setup here is a massive win for work-life balance. I usually work in the Solihull office about once a week, and it’s a great environment to be in—the free breakfast is a good touch and the facilities are top-notch. I’ve felt very looked after since joining; the private healthcare and wellbeing days show the company actually cares about its staff. There’s also a big emphasis on growth, and I’ve had nothing but support when it comes to learning new skills and doing external training.

      None at this point, the company regularly asks for feedback through Pulse surveys and any challenges tend to get addressed.
