      - nearly everyone I've worked with is positive and easy to befriend - flexible PTO - good health benefits - free breakfasts while in office - lots of interesting projects to work on - great experience -- you work with a pretty diverse tech-stack - diverse workforce - ping pong - great work-life balance

      Cons

      - corporate politics and bureaucracy - not very flexible with WFH - pay is a little below average for the area
