      Pros

      Great Pay and benefits. Every immediate supervisor I ever had over a dozen years was fantastic, supportive, and knew their business. Co-workers were quality people.

      Cons

      Upper management is so disengaged from the realities of the job that they make decisions that defy common sense; burdening employees with policies, forms, logs, hierarchies, and so on that have you spending most of your day telling upper management how productive you will be, or have been, or explaining why... while the actual job goes undone.

      Pros

      Food, paid holidays, and ping pong.

      Cons

      I worked at the Westlake office and they have very poor leadership at the supervisor level. All they do is talk about other employees in a negative way and they also talk bad about other supervisors in the presence of the their managers. I just could not believe the things I heard they were just way unprofessional. Cant understand how they even became supervisors or why the managers allow this type of behavior.

      Employee benefit package, some very knowledgeable individuals remain with the company.

      Cons

      Lack of investment in remote sites and employees at those locations, decisions to close locations, discontinue or migrate services to other locations without a full understanding of the impact on the customers. No investment in allowing sufficient time for a transition to be completed effectively.
