Leadership not transparent enough, too much office politics

The work culture presents significant challenges regarding psychological safety and transparency. The environment is heavily driven by internal politics rather than merit. Management and HR utilize rigid bureaucratic processes to isolate or manage out employees who do not align with the status quo. Furthermore, the offboarding process is adversarial rather than supportive, often involving aggressive tactics. While the company creates an illusion of an open-door policy, raising concerns frequently results in subtle retaliation or eventual displacement. I would advise prospective candidates to exercise extreme caution.
