- Company is very involved with community - Pay is competitive - unlimited PTO - great benefits - remote roles - flexible work schedule - more stability because covers 3 major industries (real estate, mortgage, and insurance solutions)

Cons

- difficult to navigate the remote culture plus being a company of companies - silos (I have no idea what the other divisions of the company do/how they use data) - lack of strategy - lack of time for continuous learning and development - lack of transparency from leadership - miscommunication due to all of the issues listed above

Cons

- Lack of innovation and boldness in C-suite - Cognitive dissonance between company values and how people are treated and how things are run - Unwillingness to invest in where it counts (product, innovation, client resources) and bloated staff in places that add little value (HR, transformation) - Clinqy (people are judged on who they know, not what they know)
