Pros

The only real pro is gone. Working from home kept most of the talent and knowledgeable employees ok with working 60 -80 hour weeks but most of them are gone now. CL awarded employee stock last year but you had to stay for a year most didn't care and left anyway.

Cons

Indecision , bad decisions and a constant state of fluid changes back and forth. Large egos making decisions that cost the company just because they can with no apologies.

Pros

CoreLogic allows me a great work life balance, hybrid work model, and is very naturally diverse which is awesome. It also gives me projects to learn new skills and I've been able to grow professionally in the last few years more than I would have elsewhere. Benefits are average, but one nice thing is 4 days per year of volunteer PTO.

Cons

The pay. I make about 40% below the market rate for my job. And the last time my manager tried to get us raises HR reported them to their boss. I've never worked for a company with such a toxic and hostile HR department before but it shows in our low pay, low employee satisfaction and our abnormally high rate of resignations. Also, since the new owners bought us a few years ago we've had company wide layoffs every six months. Suffice it to say I don't know of a single coworker who is not currently talking to recruiters when they reach out. No one knows when they're turn to be laid off will be but we all know it's coming.

Pros

Low drama amongst employees, at least in my area.

Cons

There is a re-org AT LEAST once a year and each time there is a mass layoff employees because their positions are moved to the offshore/India team. I worked there for four years and watched it happened over and over until one day the inevitable happened and it was my turn. They do not value their employees at all - they are nothing but a number in a column. I heard that the have taken away the remote/telecommuting option for ALL employees. Existing telecommuters (who have telecommuted for years) were told to move near an office or quit. So they are losing MANY employees. They are losing wonderful people with 15, 20, 25 years of experience all because there is a new bigwig who wanted to change things up. Ridiculous and short sited. Existing employees are so mad that THEY are quitting because they are so disgusted with how the company is treating their loyal employees. And if I may add, their salary is NOT impressive. Even if you manage to survive their, the pay is not very good and their PTO accrual sucks.
