Pros

- Schedules can be flexible and make it easy to work around life and live around work. - Central location coming soon, right by DFW airport

Cons

- Org's management structure is flattening and there's no room for advancement - Talented employees are not retained and new reqs are slow to open so burden is placed on those left behind. - Internal transfers are impossible unless it's a lateral move and most of the time, you won't even get a phone screen, much less an actual interview. - Pay increases are rare and managers refuse to use the recognition system. - No paternity leave and maternity is only 6 weeks unpaid. - tenured managers don't leave the company so only way up is out.

Pros

Good company, going through growing pains, executive leadership focused on driving their agenda vs. building a culture with their employees.

Cons

Executive Team solely focused on their priorities vs. taking the needs of the workforce into account.

Pros

Company dominates the market in tax servicing and has been more visible in the data and analytics industry providing market research to national news organizations.

Cons

Thoughtless and inadequate reorganization in an effort to grab more market share. Poorly designed and executed proprietary software which hampers employees ability to do their jobs. Vindictive and thoughtless management who continuously set unrealistic expectations of their employees, mandating overtime to try to compensate for lack of viable workflow processes and well engineered and designed software. Toxic work environment filled with overworked, backstabbing employees. No common curtesy, loyalty or respect from management and directors. Employees with 30+ years of experience and tenure have been laid off. Company has been embroiled in several expensive and highly visible lawsuits with former employees involving intellectual property.
