Pros
Smart hiring for multi-discipline teams and collaborative problem solving (including company culture problem solving) where everyone does get a voice. I've been impressed with ongoing efforts to engage the full employee base and take feedback seriously. The most challenging part can be working with so many top contributors can make setting yourself apart quite difficult.
Cons
Salaries can be somewhat stagnant though this could be related to current economic headwinds.
