      Pros

      many problems to solve, many things to tackle, the technology is not too bad. had to go above and beyond find my way to get around the maze to get to a solution every single time.

      Cons

      - lots of red tape - lots of title inflation - lots of people who dont want to do their jobs to setup the right environments to get things going - no stocks - only got a bonus once

      Pros

      Great company to work for where women are leading and leadership values their voice and their opinion. Employee resource group: LGBTQ. Mental Health awareness, Latin Group, Celebrating various occasions like Diwali, Eid, Lunar New Year and much more. It is definitely a people company where you are heard and changes are made. You have a voice in this company if you are being reasonable. The CEO is great and I value his leadership as he is a very personable individual who is seeking for positive change within the company but yet pushing the employees to lead, drive and succeed in their roles in making sure that we are thinking about our clients first.

      Limited growth opportunities and compensation can be improved.
