upper management does not care about employees management only care about the right now not any long term goals Gossip like in high school 1st level management brought in from outside and is usually incompetent

Pros

If you want to be overworked, disrespected, and underpaid, this is the place to be thrown into situations and sink or swim. Bottom line - you can learn a lot but at the cost of your integrity, family, and sanity.

Cons

Poor compensation. Salary freeze for a long time while the Executives are enjoying raises and fat bonuses. They take care of themselves but not the other thousands of employees. I wish the Board would wake up to see through the Executives that are running the company. What is wrong? Nobody is happy except the top 20 that are paid and rewarded very well.

if you work outside of the Calif. HQ, they generally leave you alone. that's good and bad, though.

Cons

terrible leadership - huge turnover among top leaders in remote offices. our competitors have come in and stolen a ton of top talent.
