Out of date products. Absent and under qualified management. They fell out with and pushed out their best people. They’re losing a key components. Poor strategy, crippling debts, they’re completely exposed and it’s a toxic culture.

More than I can name Poor communication Raises are lackluster Management is non existent, yes there are people who wear the title but they don't actually manage or know how to manage teams effectively. No employee appreciation Senior Leadership, who is completely disconnected from the work done by those not in leadership come up with "innovative" processes and procedures. Only for them to be implemented without training or them just fail altogether. There is no meeting of the minds when it comes to implementing changes of processes or procedures with those who actually do the work.
