Some really great people, but they aren’t in decision making roles - or they won’t stick their necks out.

Cons

For a data company, the resources were pitifully inadequate. Repeatedly lied to about advancement and bonuses.

Pros

Good benefits, co-workers are like family, you can move around in the company.

Cons

Pay is not competitive, it doesn't pay to stay employed their long-term because even exceeds employees receive minimal raises. Additionally, most of the management team treat their employees like children, which upper management encourages. The company does not offer any type of funds for recognition or team building. I often paid for these types of things from my own pocket.
