      It provides you with a paycheck

      Cons

      There is no sick time, so you have to use your PTO which decreases your vacation time The Company supports their Managers/Directors bullying, abusing, tormenting their employees The Leaders in the company lack the ability to manage their people so they bullying and abuse them daily which had lead to a high-turnover.       Pros

      Supervisors and middle management is great.

      Cons

      This company has empty promises. Will boast about prior year's extraordinary profits then turn around and say raises will not be granted due to unforeseen future market gain or loss. All while gaining new business like no other. Pile the work on but expect to get paid below your value. Also, the cost of benefits increase while the lack of raises stays in place.
