Pros

I enjoyed my time working there, was there for about 7 years and moved my way up easily. Mostly as I understood the work and was good at it. Good people work there and the overall company has good values and good planning.

Cons

However at the Management level they don't seem to understand more day to day tasks for reps actually doing the work which makes it more difficult to stay ahead of production volumes.

Hardworking, Dependable, Open to any hours, many years working in an office utilizing skills from answering the phone to payroll. Team player.

Cons

I try to do too much...example, if a document needs to be sent to the Customer Service Representative and the deadline for the doc to be processed is today, I will physically take the document so it can be processed immediately. I don't just send an email or log it in the system.
